  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Items

  Securely place your unused luggage in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
